Simply, we charge for our Mountain Leaders, per day, and have a Head Office charge. The more MLs you have, the more days you have, the more it will cost. We will work with you to keep the cost down without putting participants at risk.

Example 1 (21 to 28 participants)
1-day on your site training
2-day/1-night, on-hill training
2-day/1-night, on-hill assessment
£5,200 = £180pp
Example 2 (21 to 28 participants)
1-day on your site training
1-day, on-hill training
2-day/1-night, on-hill assessment
£4,300 = £150pp
The above cover the all staff at the correct qualification and ratio as stated by NGB, camp site fees & tent hire.
Does not include registration to DofE, transport, food, etc.
All prices could differ depending on your requirements.
Remember, if you increase number of teams, we will require more staff, which will increase cost.
Cancellation fee – less than 2 weeks prior to the event, 100% will be charged, between 2&4 weeks, 50% charged, more than 4 weeks, 25% will be charged.
