Addventure Awards believes in the importance of empowering young people with making decisions and living with the consequences and our job is to make sure they stay safe.​

We will either be training, direct supervision  or remotely supervising. Our staff will be present (and do NOT disappear to a cafe or cake shop), we will be their observing teams to make sure they are heading in the right direction and be available to intervene should any team need help.  We will train them to be self sufficient.
