Addventure Awards Ltd is able to support all aspects of your Duke of Edinburgh Award Expedition.
We offer training packages of varying duration, based in the South Pennines. These can be 5 days midweek (to include a Practice Expedition), 3 day ‘long weekends’ (including a hill day with a Mountain Leader), 2 day weekends-quite an intense training programme that will give you the knowledge to enable you to go away and practice the skills-or 12 week training blocks as an after school club (1 ½ hour sessions) with an optional hill day with a Mountain Leader to consolidate the training.
If you have a preferred location within the UK we can operate from a local centre. We also provide support for practice expeditions including wild and remote country, or independent DofE Accredited Assessors.
This training is available all year round either at our venue located centrally along the M62 corridor or at your chosen location within the UK.
